Nic is back in the Vic, lending his considerable star power to $45 million sci-fi thriller Knowing. He’s playing a character with the weight of the world on his shoulders, trying to stop a time capsule filled with chilling prophecies from becoming reality. But word from some onlookers is that Nic is looking a little more lightweight than usual for the role. “He’s looking very skinny. He doesn’t look as big as he used to. He’s lost a bit of weight,” one starstruck bystander said. Cameras began rolling last month on the flick, which co-stars homegrown starlet Rose Byrne.
