It appears that Rose will be making a brief cameo in a new Australian comedy titled ‘I Love You Too’. Her character seems like a lot of fun:

“Byrne plays a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role as an intoxicated passenger in the back of a cab. She is virtually unrecognisable in the role, sporting outrageously teased hair and dressed in fluorescent clothing and frilly hair accessories.” -source

The source site also had (what appears to be) an outtake from a photo shoot Rose did for Sunday Magazine back in August ’09. Regardless, we were missing it, so I added it to the gallery.

I’ve also uploaded a scan featuring Rose from the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Russia.

I’m working on a few art projects for the site, and I hope to have them here in the next couple of days. Stay tuned!

The screen captures from last Monday’s season three finale of Damages have been added to the gallery. (Jody & Cariel, you’re the best!)

According to Production Weekly, (and several other sources) Rose has signed on for James Wan’s new thriller ‘Insidious’. (Also rumored to be titled ‘The Further’.) It’s reported to be in production right now in Los Angeles under the working title ‘The Astral’. The film will also star Patrick Wilson (Little Children, Purple Violets). The screenplay is written by Leigh Whannell, (Saw) and is being produced by Jason Blum, Oren Peli and Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity). Here’s a short *rumored* synopsis:

“The film tells the story of a young family that makes the terrifying discovery that the body of their comatose boy has become a magnet for malevolent entities, while his consciousness lies trapped in the dark and insidious realm known as The Further.” -source

Cariel is still very, very active with all things Rose Connection. She created a Twitter account that will automatically update anytime this site does. She created a Feedburner account that will also automatically update anytime this site does. (Its link is located on the sidebar to the left.) AND she sent me over some scans from a magazine called American Cinematographer. In April 2009, they printed an article about the cameras used in ‘Knowing’, and now the scans are up at the gallery.
