Piolo PascualPiolo Pascual is a highly acclaimed actor and an accomplished musician in the Philippines.  He played the challenging role of an activist during the Martial Law era in the film Dekada ’70 which pretty much cemented his position in showbiz, earning him eight awards in the Best Supporting Actor category. He then continued to make movies and tv series, which earned him more awards in the best actor category. Other movies he’s known for are Kailangan Kita and Milan.

John Lloyd Cruz John Lloyd Cruz is a highly acclaimed Filipino actor who has starred in several top grossing films. In fact, he was the “Box-Office King” for three-consecutive years. He has also proven his worth as an actor time and again by winning numerous acting awards for most of the films he has starred in. Movies he’s known for include The Mistress, Miss You Like Crazy, In My Life, You Changed My Life, A Very Special Love and One More Chance.

Jericho-RosalesJericho Rosales or Echo as he’s more popularly known in showbiz has been in the business for 20 years. He started as a teen idol and starred along Kristine Hermosa in the teleserye Pangako Sa Yo which became very popular not just in the Philippines but also captured audiences abroad (Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and South Africa) where he developed a huge fan base. Other movies he was known for were Dahil May Isang Ikaw, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig and Baler. Echo is married to Kim Jones, a TV host-lifestyle blogger.

coco-martinCoco Martin is one of the finest actors in Philippine cinema. He became famous for starring in independent films. His first indie film was with The Masseur in 2005 which earned him the Young Critics Circle Best Actor Award in 2006. He then won the Gawad Urian for Best Supporting Actor for the indie films Daybreak and Jay in 2008 before making another outstanding film with international award-winning director Brillante Mendoza entitled Kinatay, a film which was highly praised by international audiences. He also earned rave reviews for the television series he’s done in ABS CBN such as Tayong Dalawa, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, Walang Hanggan and Ang Probinsiyano.


Dennis TrilloDennis Trillo is a well-known Filipino television and film actor. His acting career breakthrough was the film Aishite Imasu 1941: Mahal Kita, a film with a World War II setting, wherein he gained tremendous accolades which earned him several awards and citations from prestigious award giving bodies. Some of the movies he’s starred in include The Other Man, Blue Moon, Pamahiin and I.T.A.L.Y.

To be stellar actors, celebrities continue to hone their crafts to give the perfect performance.
